Relationship marketing is the program for Jürg Aegerter. In Switzerland as well as internationally he gained experience in technology as well as in sales and marketing in B2B. He has worked as sales manager at Styner and Bienz, sales and marketing manager at Ypsotec in the automotive, medical technology and industrial sectors. He is currently in further training for the EMBA in Marketing Management and Business Administration at the University of Berne and teaches the latest trends and techniques as a theoretical supplement and to round off his many years of experience. He is also happy to put this experience to good use on the board of the SMZ. 

In his free time he is an enthusiastic golfer.

Alexander Oehler has a technical education and is well connected in the machinery industry. He looks back on many years of experience in sales with various companies in the fields of clamping technology and industrial manufacturing. He has a wide range of experience in the areas of key account management, market observation, new customer acquisition, market launch of new products, technical project planning and appearances at trade fairs and in-house exhibitions. It is always a particular concern of his to look after his customers personally. Over the years, Alexander Oehler has always continued his education in sales topics. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, travelling in a camper van or on the road.
